Well, guys, here is your opportunity to buy a very rare piece of motorcycle history as there are only 2 of the frames in existence. This frame was built by Racing Innovations for Orange County Choppers. They only had 2 of these built. OCC used the other frame to build a bike that is known the world over. It was featured on the popular TV series American Chopper. The Snap On tool bike is known by every mechanic out there who is serious about their profession and tool needs as Snap On manufactures some of the best tools in the world. With that being said, you would expect them to only accept the best when it comes to marketing their tools. And that is what the Snap On Tool Bike is,the best. In order to make the best, you have to use the best parts and that is what this frame is. This frame is THE brother of the frame used to build the Snap On Tool Bike. It was built by the experts of frame manufacturering at Racing Innovations.

It is an 8 up rigid frame with 40 degrees in the neck and 5 inches of stretch in the backbone. It also has 1 1/4 in of offset and I am including the offset plate and spacer for the primary with this frame. It is also wide enough in the back to accept a 240/250 rear tire. You will use an Evo style engine and softail style transmission. It accepts most all 84-99 softail aftermarket parts. Racing Innovations built it out of solid hexagon bar stock which in itself is a machining feat equaled by very few. The back bone and seat post have been bored to allow internal wiring. Even the neck was built using a hunk of hexagon bar stock.

If you are looking to build a very unique piece of motorcycle industrial art that can also be ridden, something that combines form and function then you are looking at a very rare opportunity to do just that. This frame was built at a cost of approx $8300. I am looking at selling it for less than 1/3 that cost! I can not emphasize it enough on how rare this frame is! I remember seeing the Snap On Tool bike when our local Snap On dealers brought it to town. I remember thinking about the frame and what a piece of work it is. I understood the amount of work it took to build a frame like that. All I could think was about was the amount of hours it must have taken to bend and weld, plus the boring, ect. I have given up on the idea that I had to build this bike and I am making it available to someone out there who might be a collector of Snap On or Orange County Choppers or maybe just want to build a bad a$$ bike out of a truly rare frame! I am very sorry to see this go down the road but at the same time do not want to see it displayed in our shop like it is. It demands to be built into a bike that exhibits both form and function!. If you know anything at all about building a frame then you will know how much work went into this frame!

I am offering it at a discount as it is because it is not just about the money with me but at the same time,I will not give it away. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me with them.

I will ship overseas but you will need to set it up. I will strap to a pallet and crate it if necessary as well as deliver it to a freight terminal. I think it will cost about $200 to ship within the lower 48 states. I just quoted shipping a rolling chassis to South Africa by ocean and it cost a little under $600. You will need to handle your own shipping outside the United States though I will help in any way that I am able. I had to put something in for shipping internationally as it didn't allow me to do anything else. Do not go by this for International shipping. It will need to be palletized and possibly crated. I will strap to a pallet and build some kind of crate if needed at no additional charge. That is if it isn't some extravagant container because if it needs to be something special then the buyer will need to help with cost of container. :)

It is not every day that an opportunity comes along like this. If you are thinking of building a truly unique bike than you need to be thinking about this. It is truly unique and it is at 1/3 price. Like I said, money isn't everything,I just feel that this frame should be built and not hung up for display. MSO will follow frame. The MSO will be sent to buyer by registered mail. It is the original MSO from Racing Innovations. Good Luck

This is a custom frame and not a bolt together kit. You will need to weld certain brackets to the frame for rear fender and fuel tank as well as anything that you may want to add to the bike..This frame is for the mechanically inclined and not for someone who has no experience with such tihngs.
